COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer MPC1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tyco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the G8P1A4P9DC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DH14AT manufactured by Tyco and we are pleased to be able to service most Tyco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1QA6210 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has General-Electric Brand CR122A08402AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by General-Electric such as 750P5G5D5HIA20R equipment made by General-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire General-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "General-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 32160201A made by Forney as well as the popular 22Q2CA240 original spares produced by Eagle-Signal Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MIFIIPA55E00HI00 by Ge and 750P5G5D5HIA20R spares by General-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC185024 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electromatic. |
